LONDON: Manchester United will face Liverpool in the fourth round of the FA Cup, while League Two Cheltenham face Manchester City.
Liverpool and United will clash for two weeks in a row with the top two English Premier League teams to meet this Sunday in league competition.
The Chorley National League club that beat Derby will meet the Wolves Premier League club.
“That’s what we want, opponents from the Premier League, good. There is history because in 1986, Chorley faced the Wolves at home and beat them 3-0.
“So we have to do it again,” said Chorley operator Jamie Vermiglio.
If Chorley is able to make a surprise, they have a chance to meet defending champions Arsenal in the fifth round, if Mikel Arteta’s squad is able to pass the fourth round to meet the winner between Southampton and Shrewsbury.
Crawley, who stunned Leeds 3-0 in the third round, went to Bournemouth.
The fourth round will take place from 22-25 January and the fifth round on 9-11 February.
